Essentially, I’m a facilitator. I’m adept at absorbing a great depth of knowledge and repositioning it in an approachable and relatable manner. I’m naturally curious about people and the systems in which they work and quickly get to grips with their situations to understand them further and intuitively interpret their stories.
Thanks to my years of experience as an NHS GP, I’m able to work under pressure and in difficult situations, but my qualifications and interests extend beyond the medical profession. My career led me to complete a Master’s in a systems-psychodynamic approach to understanding organisations at the Tavistock, during which I worked with the Department of a Local Authority to help their teams work more closely together.
Experienced at working with people, I have an understanding of how individuals and teams behave and grasp both the clear presenting problem as well as what’s happening beneath the surface.
